How to Make Extra Nutty Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

• All-purpose flour -(about 3/4 cup)
• Sugar(granulated) -1 cup
• Cocoa(Unsweetened) -3/4 cup
• Salt -1/4 teaspoon
• Brown sugar -1/2 cup
• Baking powder -1/2 teaspoon
• chocolate chunks -1 cup
• Milk (fat-free) – 1/3 cup
• Butter (melted ) -6 tablespoons
• Vanilla extract -1 teaspoon
• Eggs -2
• Chopped walnuts – 1/2 cup
• Chopped almonds,raisins,cashews-1/2 cup

Method

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
•  Weigh flour into dry measuring cups.Combine it with sugar,cocoa,salt ,brown sugar and baking powder in a large bowl.
•  Add 1/2 cup of chocolate and milk in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at high temperature for 1 minute, stirring the mixture after 30 seconds.
• Now add butter, vanilla, and eggs in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add previously prepared milk mixture, 1/2 cup chocolate, and 1/4 cup walnuts,almonds,raisins and cashews to this and stir to combine.
• Pour this batter into a 8 or 9 inch square metal baking pan coated with oil or butter,sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup nuts to it.
• Bake at 350° for 20-22 minutes.Cook until the thing becomes moist and check by inserting a toothpick.
• Cool in another pan for sometime while cutting it into 20 pieces.
• Your Chocolate Brownies are to serve.
• Serve this recipe with coffee,hot chocolate or ice cream.
